Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Ensure that the broccoli is cut into bite-sized florets, the carrot is julienned, the bell pepper is sliced into strips, and the zucchini is sliced into rounds.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water. Whisk together until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the stir-fry from heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for garnish and serve immediately.
