Method
Pork Belly Preparation
- 1
Season the Pork
In a bowl, combine the Kurabuta pork belly with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated in the seasoning.
- 2
Cook the Pork
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned pork belly. Sear on all sides until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
Rice Cooking
- 3
Rinse the Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- 4
Toppings Preparation
- 5
Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 6
Prepare Green Onions and Corn

Assembly
- 7
