Preparation of Tofu

Prepare the Tofu
Carefully remove the silken tofu from its packaging. Drain any excess liquid and place it on a cutting board. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1-2 inches in size. Transfer the tofu cubes to a serving plate.
Making the Sesame Ponzu Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, mirin, ground sesame seeds, and lemon juice. Whisk together until well combined and set aside.
Assembling the Dish

Top the Tofu
Drizzle the sesame ponzu sauce over the tofu cubes evenly. Then, generously sprinkle the bonito flakes on top of the sauced tofu.

Add Finishing Touches
Sprinkle the chopped green onions and shredded nori over the dish for added flavor and texture.
