Method
Marinade Preparation
- 1
Create the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika until fully combined.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best results.
Grilling
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- 5
Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
