Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of the Angus ribeye steaks. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Make sure the pan is hot before adding the steak.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (130°F for medium-rare).

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

Cook the Carrots and Green Beans

In a pot of boiling water, add the carrots and green beans. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

  2. 6

Prepare the Corn and Bean Sprouts

In the same pot, add corn and bean sprouts. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Drain and mix with the cooked carrots and green beans.

Making Garlic Butter

  1. 7

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 8

    Add Parsley

Stir in the fresh parsley and remove from heat. Set aside to drizzle over the steak.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

Slice the rested ribeye steak and place it on a serving plate. Top with the vegetable medley and drizzle the garlic butter over the steak.

  2. 10

    Enjoy Your Meal

Serve immediately and enjoy your deluxe Angus ribeye steak topped with fresh vegetables and garlic butter.
