Preparation of Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
Cooking Udon Noodles

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add the udon noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 8-10 minutes.

Drain Noodles
Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Add Chicken and Corn
Add the sliced chicken and corn to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
