Prepare the Udon Noodles

Cook the Udon Noodles
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the udon noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes until tender. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Prepare the Beef

Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Beef
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine Toppings
Add the sweet corn and chopped green onions to the skillet with the garlic butter. Stir for another 2 minutes until heated through.
Combine and Serve

Mix Everything Together
In a large bowl, combine the cooked udon noodles, beef, and garlic butter mixture. Toss everything together gently to combine.

Serve
Divide the beef udon into bowls. Top with additional green onions and serve hot.
