Preparation of Seafood

    Clean and Prepare Seafood

    Rinse the shrimp, squid, scallops, and mussels under cold water. Remove any shells from the shrimp and mussels. Cut the squid into rings.

    Cook Seafood

    In a pot of boiling water, add the shrimp, squid, scallops, and mussels. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and mussels are opened. Drain and set aside to cool.

Preparation of Vegetables

    Slice Vegetables

    Thinly slice the bell peppers and red onions. Set aside.

Making the Dressing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, chili flakes, sugar, and minced garlic until well combined.

Combine and Serve

    Mix Seafood and Vegetables

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked seafood, sliced bell peppers, and red onions.

    Add Dressing

    Pour the dressing over the seafood and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

    Garnish and Serve

    Garnish with fresh coriander and lime wedges. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
