Method
Preparing the Glazed Ham
Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the Smithfield ham in a large roasting pan, cut side down.
Make the Glaze
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, black pepper, and water until well combined.
Glaze the Ham
Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to cover it well. Reserve some glaze for basting.
Roast the Ham
Cover the ham with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the reserved glaze.
Finish Roasting
Remove the foil during the last 20-30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.

Prep the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus, carrots, and green peas.
Sauté the Vegetables
Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
