1. Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add Vegetables
Add the bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
4. Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.
5. Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
