Chicken Wings
Ranch Dressing
Method
Preparing the Chicken Wings
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Bake the Wings
Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over them. Toss the wings in the sauce until they are fully coated.
Return to Oven
Return the coated wings to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.
Preparing the Ranch Dressing
Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serving
Serve Hot
Serve the buffalo wings hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
