Method
Preparation

Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. For boneless wings, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking. If frying, prepare your frying oil in a deep pot or fryer.
Cooking

Bake or Fry the Wings
For baking: Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through. For frying: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry wings until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Sauce Preparation

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Cajun Seasoning
Simply toss the cooked wings with Cajun seasoning until well coated.

Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.

Teriyaki Sauce
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Nashville Hot Sauce
Mix cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and vegetable oil together until smooth.
Tossing the Wings

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, toss them in your desired sauce until fully coated.

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce and celery sticks.
