Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. For boneless wings, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking. If frying, prepare your frying oil in a deep pot or fryer.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake or Fry the Wings

For baking: Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through. For frying: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry wings until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  2. 5

    Cajun Seasoning

Simply toss the cooked wings with Cajun seasoning until well coated.

  3. 6

    Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.

  4. 7

    Teriyaki Sauce

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

  5. 8

    Honey BBQ Sauce

Mix BBQ sauce with honey in a bowl until well combined.

  6. 9

    Nashville Hot Sauce

Mix cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and vegetable oil together until smooth.

Tossing the Wings

  1. 10

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, toss them in your desired sauce until fully coated.

Serving

  1. 11

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce and celery sticks.
