Marinade
Turkey
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until the mixture is well blended.
- 2
Marinate the Turkey
Place the turkey breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the turkey, ensuring it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). If using a stovetop grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- 4
Grill the Turkey
Remove the turkey from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the turkey breast on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the turkey from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the turkey breast into thin strips or cubes to serve.
