Dip Ingredients

Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. 3

    Fold in Spinach and Artichokes

Once the spinach has cooled, add it to the mixing bowl along with the chopped artichoke hearts. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.

  4. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with corn tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.

Serving Suggestions

  1. 7

    Prepare the Chips and Veggies

While the dip is baking, prepare your corn tortilla chips and cut the fresh vegetables into sticks or bite-sized pieces for easy dipping.
