Dip Preparation

Sauté Spinach
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Fold in Spinach and Artichokes
Once the spinach has cooled, add it to the mixing bowl along with the chopped artichoke hearts. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with corn tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
