Sprinkle both sides of the T-Bone steaks with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the olive oil on both sides of the steaks.

Season the Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the T-Bone steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Add fresh rosemary during the last minute of cooking.

Cook the Steak

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.). Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook the Eggs

Place the cooked T-Bone steak on a plate and top with the fried eggs. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
