Prepare the Hash Browns
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the hash browns and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and cook the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Cook the Burger Patty
Form the ground beef into two patties. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. In the skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.

Assemble the Burger
Spread Shari's special sauce on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by the crispy hash browns and bacon. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy your delicious hangover burger!
