Lightly seasoned Atlantic salmon. Choice of 2 sides and a dinner roll.

Pat the Atlantic salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Salmon

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Heat the Pan

Once the oil is hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
