Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the bell peppers and onion, and set aside. Dice the ham into small pieces.

Cook the Meats
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add the sausage and cook until browned. Add the ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Combine Hash Browns and Meats
Add the hash browns to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and season with salt and black pepper. Press the mixture down into an even layer and let cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is crispy.

Add Toppings
Once the bottom is crispy, add the cooked bacon, sausage, ham, and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
