Preparation of Country Fried Steak

1. Prepare the Coating

In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

2. Prepare the Buttermilk Mixture

In another bowl, combine buttermilk and egg, whisk until smooth.

3. Coat the Steaks

Dip each piece of cubed steak in the buttermilk mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.

4. Fry the Steaks
