Preparation
Prepare the Lobster Tail
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, being careful not to cut the meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
Cook the Lobster
Boil or steam the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet, bring water to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the King Crab
If not pre-cooked, steam the crab legs for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. If they are precooked, simply thaw and serve.
Prepare the Oysters
Shuck the raw oysters carefully and place them on a serving platter with ice.
Assemble the Platter
Arrange the lobster tails, shrimp, king crab legs, and raw oysters on a large serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges, fresh parsley, and serve with cocktail sauce and sea salt on the side.
