Prepare the Corn
If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it and drain any excess moisture.

Sauté the Corn
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Add Seasonings
Stir in the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and the Calabrian chili pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the flavors are combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy your sautéed corn warm!
