Preparation
Prepare the Crostini
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little salt. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Oranges
While the crostini are baking, peel the oranges and segment them. Remove any seeds and set aside.
Toast the Walnuts
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the walnuts for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are fragrant and lightly browned. Remove from the heat and let cool.
Assembly
Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Arrange the orange segments around it and sprinkle the toasted walnuts over the top. Drizzle with salsa verde and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
