Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ground beef, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, and shredded pork. Mix well to combine.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Enchiladas

Take a tortilla and place a generous portion of the filling in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat for all tortillas.

  4. 4

    Add Sauce

Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish, making sure to cover them fully.

  5. 5

    Bake

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired, then bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve with sour cream and garnish with chopped cilantro.
