Method

Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the organic mixed greens thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the fresh tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and torn basil leaves. Gently toss to combine.

  3. 3

    Add Burrata

Carefully place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad to finish.

Crostini Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat. Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick slices.

  2. 5

    Brush with Olive Oil

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic cloves. Brush the garlic-infused olive oil on both sides of each baguette slice.

  3. 6

    Grill the Crostini

Place the baguette slices on the grill or in the oven. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 7

    Serve

Serve the warm grilled crostini alongside the tomato burrata salad. Enjoy!
