For the Crab Stuffing

Method

For the Crab Stuffing

1

Prepare the Crab Mixture

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold together until well mixed, being careful not to break up the crab meat. Add panko breadcrumbs for texture.

For the Shrimp

2

Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take the large shrimp and carefully create a slit along the back of each shrimp to form a pocket for stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

3

Stuff the Shrimp

Using a spoon, fill each shrimp pocket with the prepared crab stuffing. Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4

Season and Bake

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Brush this mixture over the stuffed shrimp. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque.
