Preparing the Breakfast Potatoes

Cook the Potatoes
Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook Until Tender
Cook the potatoes, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Making the Buttermilk Biscuit

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the butter and use a pastry cutter or fork to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
