Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
- 3
Season the Wings
In a separate small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this spice mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.

- 5
Mix the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk together until smooth.
- 6
Add Seasonings
Stir in the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- 7
Chill the Sauce
Cover the ranch dipping sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serving Preparation
- 8
Prepare Celery
Wash and cut the celery sticks into 3-4 inch pieces.
- 9
Serve
Once the wings are done baking, serve them hot with the ranch dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.
