Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This temperature will help achieve the perfect crispy texture for the wings.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all wings are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Roasting
- 3
Arrange and Roast
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- 4
Prepare the Celery
While the wings are roasting, wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks for dipping.
- 5
Serve
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side.
