Flatbread Base

Method

Preparation of Flatbread

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Flatbreads

Brush both sides of the flatbreads with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and salt on top.

Cooking Shrimp

  1. 3

    Season Shrimp

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, black pepper, and lemon juice until well coated.

  2. 4

    Cook Shrimp

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Assemble Flatbreads

  1. 5

    Layer Ingredients

Place the prepared flatbreads on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over each flatbread.

  2. 6

    Add Shrimp

Distribute the cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese on each flatbread.

  3. 7

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and bubbly.

  4. 8

    Top with Fresh Ingredients

Remove from the oven, and top with fresh pico de gallo, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro.

Serving

  1. 9

    Slice and Serve

Cut the flatbreads into slices and serve warm.
