In a medium bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Ensure the shrimp are evenly coated with the spices.

Prepare the pico de gallo if not using store-bought. Dice the avocado and chop the cilantro.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.

Once the shrimp are cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Add the pico de gallo, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro to the skillet and gently toss to combine.

Serve the shrimp mixture on a platter or individual plates. Top generously with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
