Honey Sriracha Aioli

Method

Preparing the Sweet Potato Fries

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Cut the Sweet Potatoes

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin fries, about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Coat the Fries

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Fries

Spread the coated fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Making the Honey Sriracha Aioli

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, honey, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

  2. 6

    Season the Aioli

Add salt to taste and mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. 7

    Chill Before Serving

Cover the aioli and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
