Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Chop the Onion
Slice the red onion into thin wedges.
Roasting

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts and sliced red onion.

Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the truffle oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the Vegetables
Drizzle the glaze over the Brussels sprouts and onion. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the Brussels sprouts and onion mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through for even cooking.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm as a side dish.
