Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Chop the Onion

Slice the red onion into thin wedges.

Roasting

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts and sliced red onion.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together the truffle oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Toss the Vegetables

Drizzle the glaze over the Brussels sprouts and onion. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. 7

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the Brussels sprouts and onion mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. 8

    Roast

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm as a side dish.
