Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Prepare Flatbread
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each piece generously with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surfaces.
Assemble Toppings

Layer Tomatoes
Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly over the garlic-oiled flatbreads.

Add Mozzarella
Layer the fresh mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.

Sprinkle Parmesan
Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the mozzarella.

Add Fresh Basil
Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the top of the flatbreads.
Baking

Bake Flatbreads
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden.
Finishing Touch

Drizzle with Balsamic
Once out of the oven, drizzle balsamic reduction glaze over the hot flatbreads to taste.

Slice the flatbreads into wedges and serve immediately.
