Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Generously season the 8 oz Braveheart Black Angus flat iron steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a skillet or grill over high heat. Once hot, add a small amount of oil. Place the steak on the hot surface and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Crab Stuffed Shrimp Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the 3 crab stuffed shrimp on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are heated through and slightly crispy on the outside.

Lemon Butter Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add minced garlic (2 cloves) and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.

Side Dish Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Garlic Whipped Potatoes

Peel and dice 2 cups of potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 1 cup of heavy cream. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 6

    Steam Spinach

In a steamer basket over boiling water, add 4 cups of spinach. Cover and steam for about 3-5 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
