Grilled Salmon

Method

Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Pineapple Mango Salsa

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine diced pineapple, diced mango, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced jalapeño, and salt.

  2. 6

    Mix Well

Gently stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.

  3. 7

    Chill

Cover the salsa and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
