Salad Preparation

    Prepare the Salad Ingredients

    Rinse and chop the Romaine lettuce and arugula. Dice the red onion, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the walnuts. Set aside.

    Cook the Bacon

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into pieces.

    Combine Salad Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, arugula, red onion, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, and crumbled bacon. Toss gently to mix.

    Add Gorgonzola Cheese

    Sprinkle the Gorgonzola cheese over the salad and toss lightly to combine.

Gorgonzola Dressing Preparation

    Mix the Dressing Ingredients

    In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Gorgonzola cheese, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

    Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with extra salt and pepper if needed.
