Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Edamame
Fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the edamame pods and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender and bright green.
- 2
Drain the Edamame
After 5 minutes, carefully drain the edamame pods in a colander and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 3
Season the Edamame
Transfer the drained edamame to a large bowl and sprinkle with smoked sea salt. Toss gently to ensure the edamame are evenly coated with the salt.
