Craft Cocktails

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients including gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh basil leaves, club soda, and ice cubes.

  2. 2

    Muddle the Basil

In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh basil leaves. Muddle them gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their aroma and flavor.

  3. 3

    Mix the Cocktail

Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker with the muddled basil. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

  4. 4

    Shake Well

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

  5. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with club soda for a refreshing finish.
