Salad Preparation

Wash Romaine
Start by washing the romaine hearts thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water.

Chop Romaine
Chop the romaine hearts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Combine Ingredients
Add the shaved parmesan cheese and croutons to the bowl with the romaine.
Dressing Preparation

Mix Dressing Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, minced anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is emulsified and creamy.
Combine Salad and Dressing
