Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Hearts
Wash and dry the romaine hearts thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Parmesan and Croutons
Shave or grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the bowl with the romaine. Then, add the croutons on top.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, minced anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk together until well blended.

Emulsify the Dressing
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Toss the Salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until the romaine, Parmesan, and croutons are evenly coated.

Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
