Make the Raspberry Sorbet

Prepare the Raspberry Mixture
In a blender, combine fresh raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Mixture
Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds.

Freeze the Sorbet
Pour the strained mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Prepare the Chocolate Sauce

Melt the Chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat, combine dark chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add Vanilla
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Serve

Scoop the raspberry sorbet into serving dishes and drizzle with warm chocolate sauce before serving.
