Flatbread Preparation

Mixing the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.

Kneading the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Letting it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shaping the Flatbread
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into two equal pieces. Roll each piece into a flat round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cooking the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

Assembling the Flatty
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). On one of the flatbreads, layer the shredded chicken evenly.

Drizzle the maple sweet chili sauce over the chicken and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
