French Fries

Method

Marinade the Chicken

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade and grill them for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should be 165°F or 75°C).

Prepare the French Fries

5

Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips for fries.

6

Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

7

Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Sandwich

8

Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

9

Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the grilled chicken tenders, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles.

10

Complete the Sandwich

Top with the other half of the bun and serve with the house cut Maine french fries on the side.
