Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure that the dip bakes evenly.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and chopped green onions. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add Spinach and Artichokes
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Then, stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Mixing the Dip

Combine Dairy Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add Vegetables and Seasoning
Fold the sautéed spinach and artichoke mixture into the cheese blend. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Mix until evenly distributed.
Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
