Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well-combined.

Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your preference.

Dress the Salad
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the chopped Romaine lettuce in the salad bowl. Toss gently to ensure all the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
