Prepare the Chicken
- 1
Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, set aside to rest.
- 3
Slice the Chicken
After resting for about 5 minutes, slice the grilled chicken into strips.
Prepare the Dressing
- 4
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad
- 5
Combine the Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, add chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 6
Add the Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is coated.
- 7
Top with Chicken
Place the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad. Optionally, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and croutons for garnish.
