Prepare the Chicken
Start by seasoning the boneless chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with bread crumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Ciabatta
Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them if desired.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread Caesar dressing on both halves of the ciabatta rolls. Place a fried chicken breast on the bottom half, followed by a generous handful of romaine lettuce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Complete the Sandwich
Cover with the top half of the ciabatta roll and press down gently.

Serve with Chips
Serve the sandwich with house kettle chips on the side.
