Filling Preparation

Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the rock crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, minced garlic, chopped parsley, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Assembling Rangoons

Fill the Wonton Wrappers
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat for the remaining wrappers.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Rangoons
Carefully add the filled rangoons to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine the Maine maple syrup and sweet chili sauce. Stir until well mixed.
