- 3
Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and semisweet chocolate together over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 4
Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and large egg yolks until well combined and slightly frothy.
- 5
Combine Mixtures
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Add the vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and mix until fully combined.
- 6
Add Flour
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined; do not overmix.
- 7
Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
- 8
Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- 9
Cool Slightly
Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute before inverting them onto plates.
