Preparation of Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
Frying the Chicken Tenders

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil in batches, taking care not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serving

Prepare Dipping Sauces
In small bowls, serve honey mustard sauce, barbecue sauce, and ranch dressing for dipping.
